1. Semester

Project: Smart Stop
This project handled the redesigning of a neighborhood in Hamburg, Germany. To create a modern community as part of a Smart City, a futuristic public transit hub was planned and designed.
2. Semester

Project: Future cities Bebra & Rotenburg
In cooperation with the city officials of Bebra & Rotenburg, a master plan regarding the development of two smaller municipalities in rural Germany was created. It included plans and ideas about the economic, social and traffic development of both areas.
3. Semester

Project: University and city development in Heidelberg, Germany
To create an attractive learning environment and more affordable housing, this project created a master plan for the development of a new neighborhood next to the University of Heidelberg, Germany. This area was originally planned to become a maintenance hangar for cable cars. The created plan combined both of those interest, with an underground hangar and a green community on the ground level above.
4. Semester

Project: Kassel, an affordable city?
This project focused on analyzing the affordability of the city of Kassel, Germany. In cooperation with city officials and local player in the real estate business, strategies to create an affordable and high quality neighborhood were created.
Internship at the Winnebago County Public Health Department

During this internship I worked on multiple GIS projects. One of them was creating and maintaining GIS Dashboards to infrom the general public of the most recent Covid-19 developments. Furthermore, I worked on analysing housing and lead data as well as on policy regarding student bussing, which was passed by the city council in 2020.
